Design & Vlogging Gear

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)

I'm doing all my design work & video editing on this old machine, and it's still running pretty good.

LG 27-inch IPS LED Monitor

When I design, I always connect my mac to this screen, not sure if it's the best, but it's doing the job.

Canon G7x

My main vlogging camera. Most of what you see (and hear) on the vlog is recorded with this little baby. Love it (even though auto-focus sucks)

Canon Kiss x7i

This is what I use for my photography, we also shot the nuSchool classes using this camera.

DJI Mavic Pro

I just got this new drone, and it's amazing! so small it can fit in my regular backpack along with my mac.

GoPro HERO5 Black

Got it for my snowboard trip, and had a blast with it. Voice UI is really cool. Image quality indoors is less then I expected. Not that awesome for vlogging.

Sigma 30mm F1.4

Best lens I have. This makes such beautiful photos. Totally worth the money.

Tamron 18-270mm

Great all around lens - both super wide and super zoom. Great for travel and indoor photography.

Rode VideoMic Pro

This is what I use when recording video on my DSLR.

Fancierstudio 2 Light Kit

Unbelievably cheap, and yet improved my video quality by so much.

Blue Yeti USB Microphone

Just got this to record audio for walkthroughs, interviews and podcasts. Huge improvement over the camera / laptop mic.
